Bees

The Club Bon accueil has a small apiary in the community garden.

Beekeeping constitutes a collaborative project between the children of the French schools of Powell River and the Club Bon Accueil as well as an educational tool.

Through observation sessions and activities on environmental awareness, the Club Bon Accueil offers a place for sharing and learning, in a natural environment, to the youngest Francophones in the community.
